We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our services / courses, that we’re willing to offer a 7 day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can get a refund within 7 days of making a purchase.

Refunds for subscription plans

Academy’s subscriptions plans do not offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available. If you’re enrolled in a subscription, you can cancel the subscription at any time, without being charged.

Denied Refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information).
  • These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Processing Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
